Skypack India Pvt Ltd. was started by Mr Naresh Kumar, our respected MD who in plastic packaging business since 1973. Plastics in India was very new at that time. Looking at the opportunity of injection molding  he started a company by the name of Skylab Industries Ltd in Faridabad with a sole objective of supplying injection molded rigid packaging material. One of our first few clients were Dabur, hammer master. and Hindustan Syringes Ltd (who were manufacturing GLASS VAN SYRINGES at that time).

By 1985 another associate company was formed by the name of Skypack India Pvt Ltd. with an objective of manufacturing Blank video cassettes. Within no time Skypack managed to get innovative moulds and setup world class infrastructure structure and started manufacturing Video cassettes on a large scale. The looked upon the opportunity in flexible packaging diversified into it in 1991. At that time the flexible packaging was very new in India.

Today we are supplying flexible packaging material to Pharmaceutical and food industry. Recently, we have started exporting films to Europe also.  Our infrastructure is designed to ensure that the processing environment is hygienic for pharma and food grade products.

3 colour printed laminated packaging film for Dispovan syringes

3 layer Polyethylene for various applications

Poly coated paper for disposable syringes (for sterilization)

CPP films for end number of applications

PP/LD film for thermoforming blister packs for surgical instruments and surgical needles.

PP sheet for stationary

Paper/AL/PE for high barrier requirements

Coated Medical grade paper for blister packs (sealable and peelable) which act as a lid for thermoformed materials

PVDC coated PVC for tablets.

One of our main client is Hindustan Syringes (Dispovan syringes) to whom we are supplying material since 1991 and we have the honor to be their sole suppler for packaging material since that time. We are currently in process of getting ISO 2000 which we are targeting to have by beginning of next year.
